竹子厨艺展示系列一
[size=16px]早就听说竹子的厨艺颇有一手,一直想试试看。终于有恰当的时机,得以成行。上午10点半到她家,一直到下午4点多才尽兴而归。期间的种种的快乐分享,待我一一娓娓道来。

[size=16px][color=#ffffff][size=16px][color=black]当时是第一次去竹子家,进门后,忙着参观,忙着打招呼,忙着跟孩子玩。竹子呢,忙着给我们沏茶,忙着陪我们聊天。不知不觉,都快11点半了,中午吃什么呢?嘿嘿。原来竹子早已成竹在胸,说,简单点吧。一个凉拌菜,一个咖喱鸡饭。下午再烤个批萨。

做法:金针菇、青椒,改刀,抄水。然后跟茶干,加入调料即可。[/color][/size][size=2] [/size][size=2]

材料:鸡大腿,改刀切块。胡萝卜、土豆。[/color][/size][/size][/size]

[size=16px]吃过了午饭,稍做休息,喝着普洱茶,我们几个一起在厨房,“欣赏”竹子做批萨。全过程,我都做了记录。
用竹子的话来说,今天做的不成功,可是我们还是觉得好吃。毕竟是看着它,怎样从一团面变成批萨的,也算是最大的收获了,嘿嘿。。。。[/size]

事实证明,批萨的原料是要求的多么专业,这样的奶酪,竟然烤不熔化,真是没办法。加大火,哪怕烤糊,它也不化。。。。。[/size]
