`1J+}D5QUK9R 原料1：西兰花，我们这个卖4块5一斤，我买了四块钱的，胡萝卜我买了一根五毛钱的。
Mjx/s,J:I%bv 步骤1：西兰花把根稍微切掉点，然后用手掰成小朵就行了，然后洗一下。DZZ(hV
步骤2：胡萝卜洗一下，可以去皮也可以不去，切片。{4o$Q?"s}
步骤3：锅中烧水，水开加点盐，倒入西兰花过一下水，2分钟就可以了，时间不要太长。

MY-WM0o+MD 步骤2：水再次开的时候倒入胡萝卜，过水一分钟捞起。
IZ!b~$Ft5G 步骤3：先用淀粉勾加水点芡。
GD3{1qI+nN3t 步骤4：锅中底油，油热倒入西兰花和胡萝卜，大火翻炒2分钟。EK/Z o#U$s
步骤5：然后加盐，鸡精，倒入芡粉翻炒就可以起锅了。j eFsn%\;c
