尖椒暴炒猪俐
主料: 新鲜的猪俐250克、尖椒3个(青椒最好买辣的,如果不辣的话呢,就要备有干辣椒)。

1)猪俐刮洗干净切片,生姜切丝,尖椒切片

2)将1汤匙酱油、1汤匙蚝油、1汤匙排骨味王放进切好片的猪俐,搅拌均匀,淹半个小时让它入味

3)加油进锅,可以先放点盐,这样在把菜放进锅时,不会有太多的油溅起。油热放粒状大蒜,爆一下,然后加进青椒,翻炒几下,放点高汤,焖一会。之后放盐,由于之前已经放了少许盐,所以放盐时小心,别放多了。青椒炒成五成软,加点鸡精起锅备用。然后洗锅并抹净。y1jQ$dg8b3bV&Cq%a

4)火开大,放油,热后放姜丝和块状大蒜,也是要爆一下,再把猪俐丢进去,翻炒,加糖、生抽和老抽各适量,炒匀!炒到9成熟的时候,把备用的青椒倒进去,还是大火翻炒,当香味四溢时,也是起锅时。
