将荷叶洗净,浸软,按碟子的大小裁剪好,底面朝上铺在碟子上

排骨两边沾上糯米(技巧:可先在荷叶上铺一层糯米然后放排骨在上,剩下的糯米覆盖表面),把腌汁均匀淋上
