豉椒苦瓜

苦瓜一斤,甜椒一个,火腿肉约一两,蒜半个,永川豆豉一匙,豆豉辣酱两匙,白糖一咖啡匙,鸡精一咖啡匙。0T0hLB-E

2、锅置中大火上烧热,倒入苦瓜、甜椒用干锅煸干水份。煸至蔫软呈微黄色盛盘里待用。
