上做法啦,大家探讨一下:s_5:
首先呢,当然是要准备材料了,材料超级的简单哦
主料:粘米粉 白萝卜(1:2)  腊肉
辅料:虾米  (不过我今天没有放)
调料:盐 胡椒粉 鸡粉


开始动手啦~~
将腊肉切丁

将白萝卜洗净刨去皮切成丝

热锅里放油把腊肉爆香,再放入萝卜丝,加入调料和水煮至萝卜丝变透明

用一杯粉二杯水的份量将粘米粉调成可流动的米浆

这个时候呢,萝卜丝已经熟好了,在锅里加水至刚没过萝卜丝,烧水,把调好的米浆慢慢倒入锅里,边倒边翻炒,熄火.
就成了这个样子了:s_5:

盛出装到容器里,将表面轻压抹平.隔水蒸二十分钟.蒸好后完全摊凉切块,再用油煎至表皮金黄,真是人间美味哈,啊哈哈:s_2:
这是准备被我推入火坑的半成品啦~

好像跟我妈妈做的有一点不一样呢。不过,我想味道差不多哦,春节快到了,我妈会做这个呢,期待着萝卜糕。
