圣诞节蛋糕

圣诞节快到了,做了个圣诞节主题的蛋糕,祝美食品厨房的朋友们节日快了! Ejz9l0dx:S!e

蛋糕体还是用上次做过的胡萝卜蛋糕.蛋糕装饰的过程是边构思,边操作的,我用了两天时间完成.上面的小装饰在技术上都没什么难度,但是因为尺寸非常小(比如那对雪人,高度连两厘米都不到.),做的时候需要许多耐心.

制作流程:(参照流程图片)

2.打糖霜(方子后附)

3.蛋糕完全放凉后抹上糖爽,这步很重要,糖爽抹的越平整,翻糖覆盖上去的样子也就越平整.(我这次的翻糖覆盖的很糟糕,是最败笔的部分)

MptI-z;VF 4.等糖霜完全干后,覆盖上翻糖.撸平,并裁去边缘多余部分.:v"Dw#f&Y{}

5.蛋糕底盘上也覆盖上翻糖,边缘包上丝带.

6.底盘中间贴上双面粘胶纸,小心将下层蛋糕移至中间.(蛋糕需要先放在同尺寸蛋糕纸盘上)@9]%Y CG,Q2G q

7.打桩,(可用木条,或塑料吸管),将塑料吸管钉入蛋糕中间,用铅笔标好高度后,拔出,其他几根完全按中间的高度剪平.(蛋糕应该是水平的,所以塑料管的高度正好相等,但是即使蛋糕不完全水平,桩子也要保持同一高度,比如我的这个蛋糕就一点都不水平:( 所以吸管的头露出蛋糕表面的高度就不一样了)

8.小心将上层蛋糕移到下层蛋糕中间已打桩部分上面.(蛋糕需要先放在同尺寸蛋糕纸盘上)Kc ^u S$m"g1`

* 1 cup vegetable oil

* 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1. In a medium bowl, combine grated carrots and brown sugar. Set aside for 60 minutes, then stir in raisins.4I"t yW-J
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 10 inch cake pans.6Oi1iz#q%IC)oi
3. In a large bowl, beat eggs until light. Gradually beat in the white sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir in the pineapple. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, stir into the wet mixture until absorbed. Finally stir in the carrot mixture and the walnuts. Pour evenly into the prepared pans.
3TNt`cMH4@ T 4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, until cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. When completely cooled, frost with cream cheese frosting. )JtDl6R

3p&_3x U va-K_ J8X)n 1 cup vegetable shortening( You may use half butter or all butter,but it will be much softer and more difficult for cake decorating as it melts easily from the heat of your hand. It will also be an ivory color)

/d-rm8R sK+l P4t+Q Beat the shortening on lowest speed until creamy.Beat in the milk or water a few tablespoons at a time along with the salt and the flavorings. Stir the sugar and meringue powder in by hand until moistened.Beat at lowest speed with a stand mixer or medium speed with a hand mixer. t9E DAY3sh Dl
