金银蒜蒸南瓜
平常烧南瓜一般都和肉类同炆,南瓜煮后呈糊状,卖相不佳,多数用来捞饭。这次特意买了略生的南瓜,用金银蒜来蒸,不但简单省时,而且下饭同样一流!'m)Z

虾干沥干剁碎、蒜蓉用少许盐、糖、鸡粉拌匀
