鲍汁扣茄合

2、将已经准备好的芋头,酿成芋茸

4、拍生粉入锅炸至金黄色

特点:色黄,脆香,芋头用的是紫色的香芋,糯、软、粉,令人食不知厌,茄子酥软而保留了水分
