海带丝和豆腐丝可以互为替代,传统的也可以考虑少放些粉条.家庭制作有两忌:一忌肉多油厚,再忌量大.
烩面烩面,以面筋汤香为上,辅料多了反而不美.

我觉得在加个鹌鹑蛋,枸杞,还有银耳也很好吃,好久没吃烩面了,呵呵
