1. 凤爪清洗干净,开水下锅,煮个五六分钟,其实已经熟了,捞出后晾干,不要带水滴

2. 油锅,把凤爪放入,炸至发黄,捞出立刻入到冷水里,浸泡一小时。+Lz,BMh#|

3. 大碗放入浸好的凤爪,加入花椒,八角,盐,冰糖或糖,再加满水,放在锅上蒸半小时。

4. 把蒸碗里的水倒入锅内,再依次加入 胡椒 冰糖 酱油 蚝油,豆豉 干椒,葱姜蒜,烧开。加入水淀粉,调成浓汁。然后把凤爪倒入,搅拌均匀。C1h:[aP

5. 这时可以分到小碗里,把汤汁分另加入各个小碗,再蒸15分钟即可。
