青蒜孜然羊肉
材料:羔羊肉片、青蒜、姜丝、干辣椒

调味料:酱油、油、料酒、孜然粉、白糖

1、青蒜要先用刀拍扁了再切,这样好象味比较能出来。

2、下青蒜蒜白部分、干辣椒丝炒,趁锅旺烹料酒、淋酱油、孜然粉,再一点点白糖。

3、旺锅下姜丝、羊肉片炒。
