① 鲈鱼洗净,去头去尾留着备用.将鱼身一剖为二,去龙骨,将鱼肉剁成鱼泥.

③鸡蛋加少许盐调成蛋液,在不粘锅里煎成蛋皮(我直接在烤盘里烤的蛋皮).
