红烧狮子头[11P]
食材:
瘦肉300克,香葱100克,油豆腐300克,
调料:
精盐,食用油,酱辣椒,老油,酱香豆酱,调味鲜,糖,
方法:
1、猪肉剁成肉泥,

2、香葱切末,

3、将剁好的肉泥加入香葱和精盐拌匀待用。

4、取油豆腐翻面,包进拌好的肉泥。

6、锅里烧油, 下入酱辣椒,

7、再把包好的狮子头放进锅里,

8、翻炒均匀,调入老抽,糖,酱香豆酱。
