步骤1:准备材料,拿出青豆,胡萝卜,西兰花,花菜,混入小碗里,由于我是从超市买的急冻包,所以直接拿出来混在一起就好。如果没有急冻包,那就要麻烦点,把胡萝卜,西兰花和花菜切成小块粒状的。

步骤2:把鸭腿去骨,腿肉切成小条状,方便炒的时候鸭肉自己分裂成丝+}E ix%|

步骤3:热锅,先把鸡蛋炒熟

步骤4:热锅,倒油,先炒调好的配料,因为我的配料的急冻的,所以要先炒熟,如果不是急冻的,可以在鸡蛋熟透后直接放入配料

个人点评以及注意事项:

1. 调味的时候老抽切忌不可过多

2. 炒饭的时候火候一般人都控制不好,很容易把饭炒糊,如果感觉锅里没水分了,记得加点水2x"R&KZ7r i1x
3. 鸭肉要用热水煮熟后,再滚20分钟左右才肉才会开始松散"U m(v.y HM$[xn!l

以前去一个鸭血粉丝的店里吃过,很好吃的一个小吃,那还有一种是鸭胗炒饭,很脆很有口感

看着就好吃,有机会试一试这种做法,不过个人不喜欢材料太多,简简单单鸭肉炒饭或者鸭肉、鸡蛋炒房就好了,材料多了有点串味了。

看着不错,尤其是楼主用的米应该是不错的米,另有个小小疑问,鸭肉炒饭,鸭肉就用水煮一下,会不会有味道?
