蜜三刀
这段时间不知为什么常想着做面食面点,结果我这个以前从不会揉面擀皮的人也渐渐有模有样了起来。现在会做荷叶饼、包子、馅饼、葱油饼、小泡芙什么的。这两天嘴馋蜜三刀,不知道为什么的就是越想就越心痒,于是上网搜了一圈,找到的都是语焉不详。我综合了一下再自己摸索,居然一举成功~!*^_^*今天带到实验室去,大家都说好吃,还向我讨recipe,嘿嘿,小小虚荣心得到了极大的满足~!

1。先分别柔里子面和皮子面。加料的顺序是:面粉、碳酸钠,混匀;加油,混匀,会看到比较粗大的颗粒;最后加水或者糖浆。里子面是完全不需要水的,不过可能会觉得沙沙的不好揉,只要揉几下均匀了然后用力捏成一个团就可以了。皮子面也揉均匀成团。分别盖上,或用保鲜膜封好,室温静置半个小时。*nhI#Sy$c$G'[

2。做生胚。皮子面分成两等份,分别擀成长方形或椭圆形、厚薄均匀的面片,两张要同样大小同样形状。
