[align=left]店里东西实在太多了。一时半会捣鼓不顺溜。 临时清理出来一个柜台做临时维修台吧。[/align]

[align=left]接下来用热风枪加热显卡芯片四周的定位白胶。用镊子挑掉[/align]

[align=left]定位胶已经清理完啦。 下一步就是给芯片加热 在bga缝隙中加入助焊剂。 然后上bga返修台拆掉显卡芯片[/align]

[align=left]使用的是美国进口的amtech焊膏 这个假货非常多。差别主要就是价格。 真货气味好一点 甚至有点清香。假货非常刺鼻。 上次买到假货直接扔了。难用不说。焊接的时候辣眼睛啊！[/align]

[align=left]正在加热。无铅焊料的熔点在210-220度左右 我设置的235度是为了防止芯片下部大面积铜箔受热不均。导致芯片难以正常焊接。[/align]

[align=left]芯片已经完美拆下。现在需要处理显卡芯片跟主板pcb焊盘[/align]
[align=left]开始焊接了。。 接下来就是等待冷却。测试[/align]

楼主高能！我面对花屏，就一个办法，重买一个。不过，如果能自己修理好，也很有成就感。

芯片虚焊应该不存在吧。你买的时候肯定不会买个花屏的电脑，所以之前能用肯定不会是出厂前虚焊了。而你买来用后焊锡也不会用着用着就自己掉了。所以可认定基本是芯片坏了。

不 虚焊只是一个术语   本子用的时间长了以后  显卡芯片部分 长期处于高温高热的情况下 芯片和主板接壤的触点焊锡会熔化脱离 从而造成脱焊现象  最终直接导致花屏 甚至无法开机  上面图里的修复过程就是把脱焊的触点重新焊接住  因为无法单独焊接脱焊的触点  所以干脆整个芯片整个加热 让所有的触点熔化  冷却后会和芯片焊接在一起   从而修复
   因为笔记本电脑使用过程中 芯片里的发热点位置不同和温度不同 导致 芯片与主板出现的脱焊位置也不同         
还有就是  芯片本体承受的温度远远大于 焊点 焊锡熔化的温度
