今年到拉萨【103P】

[font=Arial, &quot][size=15px]      不知何时开始，就想走[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/12700.html]西藏[/url]一趟。[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/12700.html]西藏[/url]很大很大，就是从小就有一种想去那边的信仰。然而自己一直信仰不够（没太大信心上[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/12700.html]西藏[/url]）。从去年走完[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10061.html]稻城[/url][url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10091.html]亚丁[/url]，感觉高反也没什么，就拉.头痛.吐，这点小事又怎么能难倒我呢。
      6月份准备组织旅行。考虑过去[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/13061.html]新疆[/url]，然而发现没朋友一起[url=http://zuche.mafengwo.cn/jump_landing_page.php?keyword=%E8%87%AA%E9%A9%BE]自驾[/url]，7月份自己就定下了[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10442.html]拉萨[/url]的机票。始终保持节俭的原则。来回的机票都是要转机。共3045。两程机票价格。然后订了机票后，好像每天都去跑跑步，恢复一下心肺。还有就是准备今年去拍照的器材。这器材袋感觉可以比得上我衣服的袋子了[img]http://images.mafengwo.net/images/i/face/brands_v3/9@2x.png[/img]。
        我喜欢的旅行，不一定要人家的陪伴，或者给我一台MP3一个耳塞一台相机，我就可以完全走完这世界。也许会说，这样的旅行太孤单，但是对于一个习惯了的人来说，或者这样是一个最好的选择呢。我经常会这样对自己说，我去这样的旅行不带任何人，因为太辛苦了，怕朋友去了受不了，所以就我一个人去承受好了，而且我不用特意去迁就任何人。这是我去的初衷。我习惯听着MP3，行走在大街小巷里，思考人生。这样静下来，只听到MP3里的音乐，我的思绪会特别清晰。

[font=Arial, &quot][size=15px]      早上11点多的机票。还好不用一大早就赶飞机。我订的是[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10088.html]广州[/url]-[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10807.html]昆明[/url]   [url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10807.html]昆明[/url]-[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10442.html]拉萨[/url]。中间就空了2个钟出来。其实这样的票我感觉还是可以接受的。基本你一下机，不用纠结什么，马上冲去转机的票亭那票，然后等行李，马上又准备登机了。也不会耽误很多时间，而且时间也刚好能赶上。而且最重要价格便宜多啊，直飞2800多。现在1400。
      到了[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10442.html]拉萨[/url]已经6点多，坐个机场大巴，到达[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10442.html]拉萨[/url]市区，入住第一天青旅——东错。到了客栈，先到处看一下房，这里有个28人的床位房，本来出发前还想去试试，然后到了榻榻米，就定下来了。丢下包，往楼下青旅的餐厅找吃的。好像记得点的是个面吧。忘了。点好面，玩着手机，进来了一个女士，然后就坐在我对面。然后又开始陌生聊天。有趣的是，她已经是第二天住这了，只是今晚就不在这住了。然而当初订了2晚的单间，然后问我要不要，送给我去住，她搬去[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/11091.html]维也纳[/url]酒店。抱怨是墙上到处是涂鸦，醒来时看着不舒服。哈哈，对于一个咸鱼来说，这些都是没所谓了。然而，我自己也已经给了床位的定金了。可怜[img]http://images.mafengwo.net/images/i/face/daily_v2/6@2x.png[/img]。有时候，觉得幸福来得太突然，感觉自己活在梦里一样[img]http://images.mafengwo.net/images/i/face/daily_v2/83@2x.png[/img]。就让它过去吧。
    回到宿舍，听着房间里两个兄弟说起第二天到[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10417.html]纳木错[/url]。看着自己今天状态，没什么高反，然后果断参与第二天的行程。[/size][/font]

[font=Arial, &quot][size=15px]      昨天晚上，好像都睡得不太好，整晚都被蚊子嘈着。睡不了，辛苦挨到起床点，收拾好，吃个早饭。就正式开始愉快的行程了。今天基本都是在车上度过，到达[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10417.html]纳木错[/url]好像大概5点多了吧。因为去[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10417.html]纳木错[/url]2天一夜团的班车，都是中午12点发车。一路上，师傅有时候会在一些景点停下来，让游客们可以拍拍拍。到达[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10417.html]纳木错[/url]，感觉有点饿，就在师傅停下来的客栈点了一碗面。等到面来了，吃了几口，然后自己傻乎乎的看着面，感觉再也吃不下了。也许这正是高反来的象征了。桌子对面一些游客看着我，唏嘘问候了几句，然后发现都是[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/14674.html]广东[/url]来的。老乡见老乡，就结伴而行了，哈。大家都吃饱，就出发到[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10417.html]纳木错[/url]边上闲逛拍照了，天看着很蓝，很漂亮，但是我们吃完晚饭出去的时候，太阳已经基本下山了，所以只能拍到一些蓝景（如图）了。走了一会儿，高反真的如期来了，同行的人可能看到我这情况，然后也没什么景观了，就回客栈休息了。因为当时星空的时间又没到，而且又大风开始冷了。这一路走回去，我感觉我自己是一路吐着回客栈，然后晚上又吐又拉。[img]http://images.mafengwo.net/images/i/face/daily_v2/47@2x.png[/img]也许这天气知道我这状态没办法拍星空，电闪雷鸣，下起了雨。凌晨时分，拉肚子的时候顺路看了一下，发现也没星空，突然感觉好多了。[img]http://images.mafengwo.net/images/i/face/daily_v2/1@2x.png[/img][/size][/font]

[font=Arial, &quot][size=15px]   经过一晚的煎熬，终于起床了。晚上好像睡了1 2个小时吧，然后又拉又吐。一早起来就收拾，等待回去了。大概1点左右回到[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10442.html]拉萨[/url]，然后沿途拍了一下，回到客栈也就拍了一下，然后修整一下，去了大昭寺。哈哈。晚上去拍了一下布达拉宫夜景。还有就是报团去了40冰川。
       看着照片，回想那晚拍夜景，自己一个人就疯狂的拍了2个多小时。就为了拍个夜景，穿着外套+T，然后一个同客栈的小伙，拍了没多久就一直在等我，最后我都不好意思。我是不怎么觉得冷的，但是小伙那晚好像都快冻到感冒了，一直打喷嚏。真心过意不去啊。[img]http://images.mafengwo.net/images/i/face/daily_v2/79@2x.png[/img]。想想自己为了拍照这么疯狂，也是有点醉！

[font=Arial, &quot][size=15px]          一早睡醒，收拾东西。准备出发40冰川。这次最最最想要去的地方了。经过[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10417.html]纳木错[/url]高反的洗礼（一晚上吐了4次拉了3次），我感觉我已经没什么可以难到我了。高反？不存在了！早早的在等着师傅到青旅来搭我。由于当时在老家办的边防证去不了40冰川，所以只能重新办了。（报的40冰川团也是包办理边防证，所以也很方便。）好像大概7点吧，师傅来了，搭着我还有一些同行的小伙伴，到了办理边防证的地方，然后等开门办理。一直弄到好像10点多11点才弄好，出发。
            40冰川的行程基本都是2天一夜团。我当时搭的是[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/135194.html]普拉[/url]多，然后加了一下那边师傅的微信，看到现在好像有一些中型小巴也可以去40冰川了。我是不太建议的，因为有些地方感觉小巴走那段无人区的路，会好痛苦。然后第一天的行程都不会很紧凑，所以大家不用太担心的。基本第一天都是走走羊卓雍错，然后晚上住[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62934.html]浪卡子[/url]县。[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/62934.html]浪卡子[/url]县的酒店还是不错的。可以洗澡。挺卫生的，价格忘了，反正好像就200以内，就像普通的[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/75843.html]三星[/url]级酒店那样吧，因为外面好像就是政府机关，所以门口那个小卖部东西都挺便宜的！但是如果怕感冒的话，最好还是不要洗澡了。这里提示哦：因为基本40冰川团，都是不包吃，但是要包师傅的吃。然后师傅会带你去一些餐馆，然后那些餐馆基本上都是有2个菜牌的，如果师傅带你去的那间不给那个便宜点的菜牌你，你可以去旁边的看看，可以问问他们拿个便宜点的菜牌！[/size][/font]

[font=Arial, &quot][size=15px]    昨晚大家都准备好第二天的东西。起床很早，大家很早就睡了。一晚上，我跟同一个房里的小伙都睡得不怎么好。我们都觉得，睡上1-2个小时，就感觉睡了1晚上，然后就睡不着。两个同时都坐起来玩手机。好不容易终于挨到了5点半。大伙们都起床准备出发了。
    6点出发   差不多10点才到40冰川，一路上的路。。。。真的有点难受。还好是[url=http://zuche.mafengwo.cn/jump_landing_page.php?keyword=SUV]SUV[/url]。不然就尴尬了。都是走出来的路。大概在那里逗留了2个小时吧，因为我秋天去的时候，有些冰是融了，导致有一段水流很大，走不过去。冬天结冰估计就能过去了，那边应该会更好看！

      这次状态比上次好太多了，也拍了很多晚霞。然后第一波出去拍星空，已经是9点40分了。一个人拍，感觉一般般。拍着拍着有点冷，而且星空还不太明显，就回客栈了。10点半，客栈的人都躺了，打算晚上3点起来去拍，但是我。。疯子行为又出来了。。。又跑去外面看星星，还行。然后看到有些人，也在拍。就跑过去，看着人家如何拍了。因为本人还是小白。然后他们拍着正兴奋，就打算往海边挪动去拍。看着一群人去拍，我也[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/146553.html]来兴[/url]趣了。马上奔回客栈拿相机。然后又和他们拍到11点多，直至云遮了大片的星空，已经没什么好拍了。[/size][/font]

[font=Arial, &quot][size=15px]          昨晚12点睡了，然后2点多，真的闹钟响了，然后我又神一样爬起来了，起床的还有同房间的一个大叔。两人匆匆穿了一下衣服就出去拍了。但是星空不怎么好看。就随便拍拍，他又回去睡了。然后我发现当时我起床的时候，其他很多人都没睡着，也许就是因为高反，他们都睡得不好，醒着睡吧。7点多，就往[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10442.html]拉萨[/url]回程了。

[font=Arial, &quot][size=15px]       在青旅还认识了2个哥们，一个92年的一个人在[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10442.html]拉萨[/url]跑市场，一个是91年出差[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/12700.html]西藏[/url]。我特别佩服那个跑市场，结婚有孩子了，为了赚钱，就一个人去开发[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10442.html]拉萨[/url]这一片市场。这勇气我十分敬佩！听着他说的一路过来，很励志！  
       旅行的结束，也许是逃避的结束。而且自己也是有点傻，机票是1点多的，我老是记成了11点多。直到到了机场才发现，原来我看错时间了，而且还不能提前2个多小时拿机票。这是非常尴尬的。
        飞机从[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10442.html]拉萨[/url]起飞。然后去[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10482.html]香格里拉[/url]转停，然后才飞[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10807.html]昆明[/url]。然后[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10807.html]昆明[/url]再转机[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10088.html]广州[/url]。感觉经历了很多个机场。[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10482.html]香格里拉[/url]机场很小，而且里面很多铺都没开。其实经停也没停多久时间，所以感觉时间也过得很快。我买的机票时间都比较凑紧，基本都是一下飞机，就准备下一趟飞机，所以中间空余的时间也没多少。5点25分从[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10807.html]昆明[/url]下机，7点30就登记从[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10807.html]昆明[/url]飞[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10088.html]广州[/url]，所以基本下机就准备登下一趟飞机了。这样吧，感觉钱省了挺多，但是嘛，总会担心有延误导致下一趟飞机没坐上。但是像我这种穷游的人，只能选择这样回家了，因为直飞要2900多，烧不起啊！

         这次算是探探路路吧，虽然去之前，网上也看了很多攻略，但是当你实际到达，又是另一种体现，特别是到达[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/12700.html]西藏[/url]那些高海拔地方，你不知道自己身体能否承受得了。在自己家乡，考虑甚多，但是实际又是另一回事。本来我这次去也是打算[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10417.html]纳木错[/url]，羊卓雍错，珠峰大本营。然而发现自己身体吃不消，所以只能临时变计划。旅行嘛，总会有些遗憾的。除非你有足够的时间。但是我估计也很少人会像我那样疯吧，一趟旅行，就特意跑了2次[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/10417.html]纳木错[/url]。。。。哈哈。。现在想起来都觉得有点搞笑。

       本以为去[url=http://www.mafengwo.cn/travel-scenic-spot/mafengwo/12700.html]西藏[/url]的费用不会很高，但是好像自己都还是花了7000多，全部加起来。也只能怪自己丢三落四，很多东西这次没准备好。MP3充电线没带，三脚架落机场……

这才是真正的蓝天白云，晚上更美不过知道自己这小体格去了估计就挂那了，不过就那环境真的能放飞自己，先加强锻炼提高自己的身体素质吧，希望有一天可以去那亲眼看看
