Ingredients:
' e0 Q# c4 p6 q6 }/ ?$ F1/2 Chicken Breast Fillets,200g (1/2 边鸡胸肉)
  G- `% _. t# p" x7 f) c1 Teaspoon Light Soy Sauce (1 小匙酱油) 7 k. y1 h& ?8 n0 Y' i; |
1/2 Tablespoon Cooking Wine (1/2 汤匙花雕酒) 8 j- d+ `# f8 M8 r/ U9 }  I) \
1 Teaspoon Cornstarch(1 小匙玉米粉) , c  Q& c/ ]% _' e
Some Pepper(少许胡椒粉)
3 r9 m  w# F6 E! k7 E% \4 ^" E2 Tablespoon Sweet Potato Flour (2 汤匙地瓜粉) : T+ ~+ e8 @: c+ r# |+ p
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch (1 汤匙玉米粉)

Methods: % t& n3 T7 f/ p6 Q
Wash and cut chicken fillet into 2cm wide strips then marinate with Soy Sauce, Cooking Wine, Cornfstarch and Pepper for at least 30 minutes or more.
% B' b* {# v# k, D' s& `! A将鸡胸肉洗净, 切2cm 宽条状, 然后加入酱油, 花雕酒, 玉米粉和胡椒粉调味至少30 分钟以上. # `$ e1 [8 ?5 _  u. U6 T
Coat the marinated chicken with the flour mixture(sweet potato flour + cornstarch) and set aside for 5 minutes before deep-frying.
$ R2 q+ N: L8 e5 L2 w# u将腌好的鸡肉条沾混合好的地瓜粉和玉米粉, 然后放在一边等5分钟后才炸.( 这能防止粉从鸡肉上滑落) # y5 H+ s# V4 I( y0 D
Heat up half pot of oil and deep-fry the chicken strips in two batches until golden brown, drain and set side. ; c. m9 E/ j5 N( N, A( B' k

" f* E5 N7 r6 b$ Q' @) x2 Small chilli, finely chopped (2 颗小辣椒, 切末)
' U5 J, K$ E, B8 Thai Basil Leaves, finely chopped (8 叶九层塔, 切末)
$ V5 m  r- K( _9 H3 t" |/ X1 Teaspoon Chopped Spring Onion(1 小匙葱花)
2 e  u0 R  Q* f/ \' W2 Tablespoons Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce (2 汤匙泰式甜辣椒酱)
. a6 p& a3 m( R9 F6 @% o# {6 r) }7 C' w1.5 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (1.5 汤匙柠檬汁) % y1 ^. A4 B, T2 A% w' p0 F
1 Tablespoon Thai Fish Sauce (1 汤匙鱼露) 8 R6 W/ c( w  S: N6 Y" X
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar (1 /2 小匙糖) 0 `% e/ Q0 d& a, a5 o8 j
1 Tablespoon Drinking Water (1 汤匙食水) # c6 t" [/ k& A" D3 }" C

Methods: 6 B1 d/ v, d9 E8 g5 H5 H; f$ |
Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside for later used.
( I& d6 [# w! Q/ H! u把全部酱料的材料放在一个小碗里搅拌均匀, 待用.( 如果您不会吃太辣, 就不要放小辣椒或只放一颗) % w, b3 _# h/ V: T- o& t& r" T3 k+ ~

1 Red Apple, shredded (1 个萍果, 切丝)
" b8 D, t$ Y$ b) r& K0 v5 o* d1 Japanese Cucumber, shredded (1 条日本小黄瓜, 切丝) " {$ D4 e9 z, ?" a1 G' d
1 Small Carrot, shredded (1条小胡萝卜, 切丝) * c8 n2 a$ V3 v/ |; S3 u
6 Cherry Tomato, halves (6颗小番茄, 切半)   R. H- D4 Q: w
6 Lychee, remove seeds (6颗荔枝, 拨壳, 去种子) , G  V: U  r! }2 F6 ]+ \5 h8 U

Mix all the above ingredients in a mixing bowl then set aside in the fridge until serve. ; v. S1 z/ R4 Y' i' K( S. i
把全部的沙拉材料放在一个碗里搅拌均匀, 放进冰箱待用. 2 U. j9 G% c; F
You can used any other fruits or vegetables that you prefer or in season. ( a$ {+ k3 [/ w6 N9 S
你也可以用其他的水果蔬菜来代替. 4 K1 f! N. K; ~7 g7 C

Assemble:
% g# G$ l; o5 R! X) n9 UPlace salad mixture on a serving plate, top with half of the fried chicken strips then drizzle some chilli sauce over the chicken and salad. & V6 r2 c/ }$ ?3 i8 _7 G- o
首先把拌均匀的冷沙拉扑在大盘上, 然后放一般的炸鸡肉条, 接着均匀的淋上些辣椒酱. 2 f* ?8 P3 m/ Q! A7 m
Continue topping the rest of the chicken and drizzle the rest of the sauce around it. # C+ ]" l% M: c8 ], ?, z" F" R. _
之后继续放上剩余的鸡肉条, 再淋上些辣椒酱.
